A house built by Northstar, one on a plot with 4 or 5 others. Looks nice from outside but use 'seconds' materials.
All the floor tiles were chipped, doors and frames inside were rough wood not planned. Roof beam joints had large gaps. Not
worth £37K asking price. Miles form anywhere and all money up front with no sign of the deeds.

This 'pool' (more like a dip pool) could have to accomodate 30+ people if everyone was using their villa. You can see
this ones leaking - hence digging up all the sides.
